Additional Details

Nebraska native Bob Wolf was known for attempting one of the hardest things in wildlife sculpture—sculpting realistic birds in flight. Attaching one bird to another, wing to wing, in a delicate balancing act, was Wolf’s ingenious solution. This lot is illustrated in The Story of Leanin’ Tree on page 291.
